E.C is local butcher that can customize almost any cut we can imagine. We use them for all meat and seafood products on our menu.

Peterson – Auburn, WA

Petersons is a local specialty item company. We use them for all our charcuterie, cheeses, olive oils, gelatos, breads, balsamic, and olives.

Charlies Produce – Seattle, WA

Charlies specializes in produce and sources locally fresh produce for us. We use them for all produce items on our menu. 

Carso’s Pasta – Lynnwood, WA

Carsos is a specialty pasta company. We use them for all our pastas on our menu. We get weekly fresh pasta deliveries from them. 

Never frozen. 

Freedom Ranch Microgreens – Snohomish

Freedom Ranch is a hyper local company on Dubuque road, Snohomish. We use them for

all micro greens on our menu. 

Delivered fresh weekly. 


Cottage Bakery

Our bread is sourced from Cottage Bakery in Perrinville, Edmonds. The flour they use comes from Cairnspring Mills in Skagit Valley. No chemicals or additives are used to create this product. All grain is stoneground & sourced from local farms. 

True 3-4 ingredient bread.
